Our rakija is all about the fruit—best enjoyed neat, as tradition, pairing beautifully with meats, cheese, cigars, coffee, or even lager. Sure, you can mix it, but PRVA is all about the fruit. We recommend trying it neat first to appreciate its depth and complexity.

Yebiga is made from fully ripe, hand-harvested plums grown at 800m on a century-old orchard in Goč, Serbia. Just plums and mountain spring water—no additives or coloring, ever. Wild-fermented (Kosher), double distilled in 500L copper stills, and aged 18+ months in second-fill local oak. The pine-rich microclimate shapes the flavor, and our distillers blend tradition with modern precision.

Founded in 2019 by Bill Gould of Faith No More, Yebiga was born from his deep love for the Balkans and its traditions. After decades of travel and connection to the region’s people and spirit, he partnered with one of Serbia’s top distilling families to bring something truly special and personal.—a rakija that defines best in class.
